Currently, Mimotazo accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

With Cash on Delivery, you can pay for your order when it arrives at your provided delivery address. We do not currently accept online payments through credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or bank transfers.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

All prices and applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Mimotazo offers free shipping, and any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown where required.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Mimotazo as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may depend on whether your order has already been processed or shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

Mimotazo provides a 14-business-day return and refund window, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 days. Since Cash on Delivery is our only accepted payment method, please contact our support team for instructions on how an approved refund will be issued.

At Mimotazo, we encourage customers to use only the payment method officially offered on our website. As we accept Cash on Delivery only, you do not need to enter credit or debit card details to place an order.
